Hi, I received my PIP decision letter on 11 April and yet it was dated 1 March 2024. I’m going for a mandatory reconsideration as was awarded 6 points and believe I should have 10 for lower rate. Please advise what I put on the form as to why it’s outside 30 days, or will the 2 dates suffice. Any idea why they do this or is it a ploy to put you off appealing? Thanks
Quoting the delivery date of the Notice should be sufficient but I would request the MR as soon as you are able. You can make the request by phone and then follow it up in writing.
