I was put into the support group three years ago. No date given regarding a reassessment. I think I may have been told it would last about three years. Kind of living on edge about a letter coming through the door. I don’t want to phone and ask as don’t really want to remind them that I am alive.
I definitely would not worry about the brown envelope dropping through the door. Although the DWP would not admit to it Benefits Advice workers say that standard reviews of the WCA are suspended at present. Maybe something to do with the staff needed to administer the bringing forward of Managed Migration. There are Benefit changes in the pipeline from the government and I would keep an eye on the BenefitsandWork News section and Rachel Reeves' Spring statement on the 26 March.
