Thank You for the reply. I have done a mandatory consideration over the phone for the mobility component only. I stated my case of the falls I have had and that I was on the ground for a hour before somebody helped me up. And if I fall I can't get up on my own without help. The text said up to 15 weeks before I get a reply. I also reported the recent diagnose of spinal arthritis.

I receive the verdict on my lower back issues that I severe arthritic pain and stenosis in L3 and L4. And occasionally my right leg can give away and it causes muscle spasms my right hip. I will forward it as evidence to the DWP. Stating the leg giving away contributed towards falls as it happens without warning. Before this letter and no diagnoses I could only state back pain.

I am hoping this will help with the mandatory consideration.
