Wow. I have no words. I really thought that maybe the posts I've seen online about the lies the assessors tell on these reports were probably not a common occurrence but I was wrong.

I've not read through it fully and I won't bore you all with the details but my goodness it's like half of this report is describing someone else! How do they get it so wrong? It has to be on purpose surely?

Where do I go from here? I had the assessment 8 days ago, so no decision has been made yet, I made sure to request a copy of the report though after being advised on here.

I'm utterly gobsmacked by what I've read. I'll probably get 2 points overall if I'm lucky!

Will I need to wait until a decision has been made before asking for a MR?

Hi Mummybear,

I can see you've requested the PA4 - so I would mark out what's incorrect on the form, with the correct information, and as soon as you receive the report, put in for an MR, and send your list of reasons. Likely nothing will change, and you'll have to go down the tribunal route like thousands of others. It's unfortunately a common occurrence of inaccurate information.

Chris.

Dear MummyBear, you don't have to wait for a decision on a bad PA4. Write ASAP if you can, to
The Decision Maker, at the address your last letter came from.

Never use the word 'lie'
Bullet point list the worst, point-losing errors
Use words like 'appears to have overlooked/misunderstood'
Refer back to what you submitted, especially if they have ignored be it the form or other evidence.
If they have made a false statement [eg Tramadol for moderate pain' debunk it by adding a reference to a solid website like NHS: 'Tramadol is for severe pain']

Let us know how you get on. Writing in like this saved my relative from a downgrade after a nasty report, I am certain. But be very quick, you want to get in before they decide.
