Hi, yes CAB said I could leave a journal note could be a system issue. What section of the journal do I write the note as I forgot to ask and also to point out I am in the support group. Is it a message to the work coach?

Hi roadrunner

No not to the Work Coach. For anything mildly important route your Journal message to A Payment it then lands in the intray of the UC Case Manager.
