Hello, my sister received her uc migration letter. She is on esa and support group. She doesn’t use or have a mobile phone and she doesn’t use internet or have it at home. I want to help her with her uc migration claim, can I use my internet at my home and my email address to do her claim online. Will it mean getting correspondence from uc via my email address.
