Hello, my sister received her uc migration letter. She is on esa and support group. She doesn’t use or have a mobile phone and she doesn’t use internet or have it at home. I want to help her with her uc migration claim, can I use my internet at my home and my email address to do her claim online. Will it mean getting correspondence from uc via my email address. It appears that your sister isn't able to administer her UC claim. Have you thought about becoming her DWP appointee. Here is the information -
