UC form was created by jasonlegs
Hi. I'm sorry if these are silly questions but I find form filling quite difficult and I'm laying down at the moment due to back pain to do it. Anyway, I'm just starting the online migration from ESA ir to UC form as I received the migration notice. I put some information about my landlord and rent in yesterday and logged out as I couldn't do any more. I logged in again today and wanted to correct some of the information which I realised needed correcting. However, I couldn't go back and correct it – only go forward. Do I have to do this at the end or how do I do this please? Also where do you put the phrase that is suggested you put in regarding the fact that by law i should not have to do another WCA or supply fit notes? Is this at the end? You don't seem to be able to look at the form before you fill it in. Please help. I think you only get two weeks to fill in this form and it is incredibly stressful. Thank you.

Hi jasonlegs
When you get to the end of the form you are asked if your answers are correct. It is then that you can say No and go back and make amendments.
The DWP say you no longer have to remind them of your WCA status as this was an IT issue that they have fixed. If you have any difficulties let us know.

Thank you David. I think I might add it anyway as surely it can do no harm. Is there a section where they ask if you have anything to add?

Hi jasonlegs,
If you need to include additional information (providing it's paper based) - there's normally an extra black box at the back of the forms I believe, but if not, just add a sheet of paper and write on which page you're referring the extension to.
Chris.

Thanks David but i am talking about the online form. How do you include extra info on that and why do you need your NI no for migrating from ESA to UC if they don't ask for it?
