Hi

Quick question about returning PIP review form, thanks.

I was given a 3 week extension due to original PIP review form taking the full two weeks to reach me so I couldn't complete & return it by the date given. New return date is 23rd April & I was planning on returning it via Special Delivery 1pm on 14th April. Forgot completely about the Easter bank holidays. on 18th & 21st.

Do I have to ensure there are 10 working days before the deadline date when returning the form for them to upload it? Or as long as I have proof it was posted at least a week before the deadline & received by DWP then would that be ok?

Hello,

As long as you have proof - you should be fine. Special Delivery will get it there in plenty time - if it doesn't arrive by the next day, you can request a refund from RM - I have done this in the past.
