Hi,
After the denial of my mandatory reconsideration, I am appealing, and will let them know I have a recording of the assessment..
When I filed a complaint to the health company, they didn't want to agree with anything I said. I didn't tell them about the recording.
Do you thing I should write them back and let them know I have a recording, or shall I just leave it until the appeal.

Regards

Hi ZenZen

If you didn't let it be known at the MR stage, there's no point in informing them now, unless you also submit an official complaint.

At the appeal, you will have to provide a complete transcription of the recording.

Hi,
Im not sure I explained it right. Here I go again.
So I made a formal complaint to the health advisory service - They did not agree with me, and I did not tell them I had a recording.
For my mandatory reconsideration, I also didn't let them know about the recording I have, but I sent them a copy of my complaint letter.
Ive just seen on-line, that if I don't agree with the health advisers answer, I can write back again, and if they still refuse what I am saying, I can take the case to a independent case examiner.
I have sent a appeal, form, and have let them know I have a recording.

So what I'm asking, is, if I write back to the health advisors, should I let them know about the recording?
because I will do a independent complaint if I have to, as I can't believe all the incorrect information on the report.
Also, If I let them know I have a recording, can they try and refuse me taking a transcript to the appeal ?

Hi ZenZen

Yes, I would inform them about your recording, and no, they can't stop you from providing a transcript at any subsequent appeal. It belongs to you - not them.
