Hello .
Not able to continue with UC claim. .on legacy ESA from 2012 from DLA. Read on forum of someone else's as ESA award letter does not say contributions ESA. So very similar. What you have paid ect disability income guarantee.support group. And ESA 50. But told that now have too have a wca to claim. Contribution. ESA and assessors will call.
Filled in questionnaire on UC. .. the commitment to agree to continue was to attend jobcentre and work coach will tell what to do .the UC claim will close in 28 days if you don't, .
. Then do you understand you have responsibilitys . Agree to make the claim.. the responsibility isn't listed.. but seems as already stated.
. thought would go straight through to a journal to do it.
Understood if migrating with lcwawra. This would be transferred.. . But cannot claim unless agreed to the conditions not part of lcwawra . So stuck on the claiment commitment and responsibility.bit
Am helping someone with there claim .cannot by phone .and no journal to do it so cannot tell UC on lcwawra either..
Have less than 28 days now before UC shut down the claim..
The migration deadline was sept... . Cab advise UC have access to ESA claim...a home visit will cause a delay in payment.so that's over five weeks ..don't know if this is happing to other people .if anyone has clicked agreement and still had lcwawra support group.if UC know it is not possible for what they are asking. .

Hi gina27

To get the LCWRA when you apply for UC you must receiving ESA and placed in the support group.

some claimants receive both IR ESA and CB ESA.

You will usually find out which type of ESA you are receiving when you receive a benefit increase letter around February, the details are usually on page 4
