reg people being incorrectly asked to get fit notes

I am hearing that some people who are being migrated from esa support group are incorrectly being asked to provide fit notes by a certain dead line or their claim will be closed.
And then some people even though they complain in their journal and to the job centre etc this makes no difference and the work coach and uc system and job centre are still demanding a fit note or their uc claim will be closed so then some people get advise reg this and as they are then being advised to provide a fit note just whilst the matter is sorted out
yet then getting fit note causes further complications such as the uc system then thinks they have new health conditions or new disabilitys and requires them to have a work capability assessment .

Surely being incorrectly expected to provide a fit note when you are meant to be excempt for having to provide a fit note and not required to be put through a wca is the dwp breaking their own rules/laws etc.
is there any news on this obvious error in the uc system as there must be for some people a delay with the esa support group award being updated to the uc system which is shocking and puts vulnerable disabled people through even more fear and confusion and panic attacks etc

is there a copy of a letter that can be used to inform the dwp uc staff that they are incorrectly asking for fit note which people can use if this happens to them

Also wasnt it last year when some one from the uc said they was aware of this and a fix was being done etc
well its not a very good fix if this keeps randonly happening if a digital system isnt working a 100 percent as it should why force people to use it

I’ve spoken to people who tell me this has happened to some one they know and then as the dwp are still demanding they get a fit note even though they are not meant to as they are migrating from esa support group to uc
Then they are expected to look for work etc yet if they then provide a fit note then they are put through a WCA
Yet this is the dwp breaking their own rules section 19 and it shouldn’t keep randomly happening
Surely there has to be a way of rectifying this straight away when it happens

This has happened to me this week. I have left multiple journal notes begging someone to call me as I have had an ongoing ESA Support claim since 2018 and was placed in support group following WCA on 21 June 2018. Why the hell can't UC talk to ESA? UC are demanding a fit note which they say will then need an assessment. However i randomly noticed it on my journal and its NOT coming up as a to do and i dudnt get the usual email notification telling me to check my online with them. On top of this I keep getting people trying to make me sign the commitment thing AGAIN. The journal shows I have signed it twice but it's still showing as a to-do.

Yes it’s very scarey times we are going through right now
And I won’t be providing no fit note as I am not legally required to provide one when moving from ESA. As I am legally exempt from providing sick notes during this transitional period.

Also as there can be gaps from esa info transferring to uc on the dwp system which can lead to dwp incorrectly and illegally demanding fit notes
The Dwp Universal Credit Service Centre should use a MGP1 process to action the LCWRA element in the disabled persons  UC claim.’

So there fore if uc incorrectly and illegally demand I get a fit note
I will not agree to providing a fit note and I will get a solicitor on board if this happens to me
