Work focus interview for people with failing health!

I submitted my claim for UC in Sept and I’m in the LCW group, yesterday I had a work focus interview. It lasted about 5 mins. I’m 27 months from my state pension, my physical health is failing, and I’ve had MH issues since the 1970's. I realise I’m only good enough to be put to out grass. Heart disease doesn’t get better with age, nor does spinal degeneration. It’s called aging. What is the point of these work focus interviews? Though the work coach did say, my health is the most important. I got another work focus interview in three months time. What does the work coach to happen in that time? It’s a downward slope to further gradual malfunctioning of my body over the months and years, as usual with life as a person gets to their elder years.

Unfortunately, if you are in the limited capability for work group then work focussed interviews are mandatory. For many people they will consist of little more than a quick meeting every so often with a work coach.
