New Style ESA Claim. was created by Crumpet
Hello I am all new to this 51 year old male, I lost my job of over 10 years because the company went bust. I was a van driver. I had a very understanding boss who allowed for my issues (arthritis in hips, hands and knees, Social interaction issues) he would give me set runs with very little walking pallet on pallet off sites and bought me a automatic van. He also contacted all the places I visited asking them to allow for my oddities.

I was told to apply for ESA by a friend because I was looking and nothing is suitable and I am is a lot of pain with my arthritis. Hopping in and out of vans 200 times a day multidrop is just not possible.

The doctor has agreed and signed me off for 4 weeks.

I applied for ESA on the 15th September 2025 and received a text saying they will contact in 14 days you don't need to contact us and please upload my Fit Note.

I uploaded the fit note and received another text saying they have received it and no need to contact them.

That was 4 weeks ago and I have heard nothing or had no payments. So what do I do now?

My fit note is going to expire (not a issue I can get another) but I have nowhere to send it.

Thoughts Please.
