Only claimants who have been issued with a Managed Migration notice are obliged to move from old Conts based ESA to New Style ESA.
I would not worry about changes to the name of your Benefits and would make sure you are prepared for any medicals in the future you may have to attend as a negative WCA is the most common way to lose Benefits.
