Hi
I started my online managed migration UC claim on the 7th November after receiving my letter telling me to move to UC. I managed to proved my identity online and except my commitments, but i received a text message from the DWP this morning, saying they will ring me to help make a claim for UC. I don't answer my phone due to phone anxiety and need my daughter with me. I have told them this on my journal and there is nothing to do in my to-do list, so do i need to take this call?

Hi Shirley

If you feel that you are unable to take the call then ignore it. The good thing about UC is that they can communicate with you via the Journal. You have informed them of your health condition and are checking on your To Do list.
