Challenging PIP review decision - about prompting and lack of 'support'

Hello - I want to know what I do about PIP 'evidence' and my long standing unmet support needs for a number of health conditions. Having unmet support needs has resulted in longterm stress, anxiety and panic. The PIP forms seem to assume there are people (friends, family etc) around to help and support or else 'you can manage ok'. I can not manage ok on a number of fronts and I do need prompting on a regular daily basis but I do not have people around me.

In addition the lack of meaningful support from Councils, NHS and charities is quite appalling as we all know. If I (and others) can't get support because no one is providing any - what evidence is there to provide?

Hi Yvette

It is a hard question to answer, you need to explain the difficulties you have, without support from third parties.

What activities do you not do, due to no support or activities you struggle with. You mentioned you panic without support, you need to explain what this involves.

You say that you need prompting on a regular basis, what happens when no one prompts you?

You need to paint a picture in words about how your condition affects you without support around you.
