PIP Review Form

Hi there, is there something on here that walks you through the pip review form as you fill it in that explains what they're really asking with tips on answering?

I'm pretty confident as the condition I have means I can't do severel things without pain, safely, or repeated.

Just be handy to have something written where it says they are actually asking this here.

Then a framework of how best to answer it.

I do get confused about what they're wanting to know as so many questions are similar.

Having watched some videos online it's become clear to me in the past I've given the wrong information at certain questions, or put more than I needed to.

I've even lost points because I answered it wrong.

I wonder if ChatGPT is good enough now to properly understand each question and how best to answer it?
