Hi just wondered if anyone can help here my partner applied for dla last august and got told no then asked them to look at it again,and same answer no,we had a doctor sent out the report saying he could do things that he couldnt which was annoying :angry: he has osteoarthritis of the knees also osteochondral defects of the knee and raynauds disease,ontop of that hes suffering with anixety and depression hes in constant pain which results in him wearing morphine patches
along with plenty of other medication so u can imagine the pain hes in and hes constantley drowsy please could someone reccommend us should we go ahead with the tribunal or just leave it hope to hear soon and thank you for any help we recieve

Hi C,

I'd certainly recommend that you go ahead with the appeal. However we cannot give individual advice on claims or appeals see FAQ

My advice would be to read the guide in the members area on DLA Appeals, but you also need some 'face to face' advice from a benefits adviser.

Your local CAB should be able to help or Community Legal Advice
can advise on local help in your area.
