Confusion between Pathways and Jobcenter was created by PauH
I have been awarded E.S.A limited work capacity from DWP So I have to attend 6 Pathways interviews with an advisor.
When my Action plan was devised by the advisor there was no mention of limited work capacity also Full time employment was put on the plan any evidence I had with me was dissregarded.
The ATOS Letter that I tried to show to the advisor was not taken into account at all and my medical conditions have not been taken into account either the advisor only seems interested in fulfilling targets and sending me to interviews that i am not prepared for.
The information gleamed from the Job centre says no work history known also what came back from the job centre was full time employment which is a complete fabrication as my employment prospects have now changed so it looks as if no one at the job centre had seen my ATOS file at all.
The Advisor is using the information that was taken by the Job Centre years ago and disregarding the ATOS Report.
Beware you do not fall into this obvious trap that I believe is a setup by Pathways and the Job Centre to force vulnerable people into unsuitable employment.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi paul,
If you are being asked to do things that you consider your condition makes it unreasonable for you to do then you should seriously consider making a complaint. Failure to take into account your health condition and your work-focused health-related assessment is likley to be a breach of the Disability Discrimination Act. See our guide to getting better treatment from the DWP for more on this.
Good luck,
Steve
