If a claimant is migrated to ESA(CB) there is no time limit for the award, so long as the conditions of entitlement are met.
If a claimant is transferred to JSA(CB) this will last 26 weeks, and thereafter JSA(IB) which is means-tested will apply, but only if a claimant can meet the conditions of entitlement.
