Hi catherine.
If this was the first WFI and assuming IB is the same as ESA there are 4 more WFIs to come at monthly intervals.
After WFI 5 the interviews are held every six months.

this complaint was first made in september followed up by a written complaint.

as of yet i have had not one response to my complaint from nearly 2 months ago, i have now been told that it is with the special payments team, what ever that means.

I am a new member on this site but, reading through this thread, I have to say I am appalled that someone on IB has been treated in such a cynical and insensitive manner. Surely it is a serious infringement to interview someone under false pretences? As for stopping benefits without even a warning letter - is this ccommonplace?

I sincerely hope you get this matter resolved and, if I were you, I would get someone onboard with you eg welfare rights adviser.
