Hello all,
can anyone advise on what the outcome would be if someone with a disability has an accident which injures themeselves or a colleague due directly to thier disability i.e. a fall to a person with walking difficulties at the back to work facility? Also would that same person get public liability insurance via any future emplyer or self-employment?

if your employed the people you work for would have to take steps to make sure your insured for anything that might happen while your working for them.

as for while your self employed call direct line they do insurance for self employed the could give you an idea as to the cost whithout needing to pay legal costs

all you need to hear from them is there is no loading due to being disabled, if there is a charge the same would apply to someone working for a company.
