As a support officer for the ms society I have been helping a lady who was denied dla completely after applying in October 2009. Using the advise of b&w We both appealed and submitted a new claim. Last month she had a letter stating that DWP were changing their decision and granted her Higher mobility and Highest care indefinitely and backdated to October 2009. It wasn't even going to get to a tribunal.
