Dla/Esa won at last, can't believe it's over was created by sue615
Hi Everyone,
I would just like to thank this site and everyone that contributes with any help or advice. I have had a really stressful time with both benefits for over a year now as some of my previous posts have told.
With the help of the guides and the people of this site I can finally say that hopefully it is all over (until 2012 anyway)After finally being placed in the support group before my appeal was heard and now had the Dla awarded indefinately once again before the appeal was heard. I would say that even though it does get tough at times it is worth carrying on and battling through to get what you are entitled to.
I am so grateful for the guides and the people on this site because I really believe without this site I would have given up long ago so keep going if you are mid appeal etc etc as it can be worth it in the end if you follow the guides on here.
I also sent a complaint into Atos which they say they are investigating so will see what the outcome of that is. I have today sent them copies of my award letters so hopefully they will recognise what the so called doctors and nurses employed by them are doing to people, it may help people in the future it may not but if we all try everything we can to expose these people then who knows?
Once again a big thank you to you all and can't wait to spend all the years back pay that they owe me lol.
Regards
Sue
