ESA Appeal success

Had ESA appeal today and went in with 0 points to then exit an hour later with enough points to put me into the limited capability for work group. I have had to wait a full year since my "unfair" Esa medical for this appeal date. You can imagine the worry and stress this has caused. Don't give up your fight for justice and good luck to anyone waiting on a medical or appeal.

Hello and congratulations for putting up with it and not being defeated by the ordeal. I had my medical yesterday. I came home and quickly wrote about it whilst my memory was clear and anticipating a fight.

How long did you wait to hear about the results of your medical?

I have read the atos pink handbook and looked in the frequent questions section, without success. I may be blind.

Would the Mods. know the average waiting time after a first medical for ESA (21/6/11)?

Congratulations, my partner has a double appeal next Tuesday for ESA & DLA.
