Hi mumsgirl

When I phoned the DWP to request a copy of my medical report and was asked what I want it for, I simply said that I am legally entitled to it and should not have to give reasons.

As far as I know, when you change GP your medical records are transferred to your new GP so I would expect your present GP to hold your entire records. I managed to find a letter written about me when I was three-years-old when I last looked at my GP records.

Regards

Derek

Derek,

you have beat me to it again, if when I was 4 years old, was a very long, long, long, long, long, time ago.

When you were 3 years old must have been a very, very, very, very, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, time ago indeed.

HA HA !!

It was only a few years ago. I'll be starting second school this autumn.

Derek, You wish,

You know this was a very serious and informative thread until you spoilt it.

You should be ashamed of yourself, and you being one of "The Mods", as well.

Talking of Mods, I bet you were one of the original "Mods", when was it 1950's -60's.

LOL!!!

Even if you lot were crap at giving advice (which you are not of course) I would still come on this site just for the humour!

Humour is important however the advice given is given freely and openly and most important is given by people that care.
Care in modern days seems to be a second class treasure.
Lets fight for what we can achieve.

My doctor is a fence sitter too. Very difficult when he is the only doctor available for 30 miles. Because of my doctor i ended up having to go to tribunal, i won my case but i wouldnt have had to fight so hard if i had had my doctors support.
