ESA50 Question

My disabilities are all physical and I would like to know if I still have to tick the boxes for the mental health section? If I tick the box regarding going out alone will this go against me even though I have earlier stated that I cannot physically go out without help.
Thanks

However, whilst the first section relates to physical disabilities and therefore there must be an underlying physical problem for you to be able to answer them, the mental health section does not prescribe the underlying cause.
So in the case of the Going Out question it would be acceptable for you answer the question, even this is just a re-hash of what you had written earlier.
