Hi Paula I suffer from terrible anxiety too - so I really feel for you. I received my IB to ESA letter 1 year and 9 months after IB review date - so it really is anyones guess when you'll hear from the DWP. I wouldn't rattle their cage if I were you but what I suggest is downloading a copy of the ESA50 from the DWP website and start working on it a bit each day. This is what I did and believe me when the time arrives knowing you've already got your act together helps a lot. My love to you - Francis
