Hi crazydiamond, YES you are right the ctb and hb were assessed when i was not in reciept of DLA, sorry i have taken so long to reply i have had a lot trouble with the council rent people as to the amount that i have overpaid they have worked out a lower amount than my workings out (and i got my amount from their letters!!)thanks for taking the time to help me, its been a great comfort and support knowing that there are people out there that care.
