First, please try and start a new thread for your questions, I only spotted your post by accident when going back through previous posts.
It sounds like you are being asked to participate in a Work Focussed Interview.
These are mandatory for members of the WRAG, and a failure to participate can affect your benefit payments.
I'm afraid there is little advice I can offer with regard to the WFI, there is a guide on the following link that explains your responsibilities in more detail.
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/work You don't say what the timescales are since the Decision to place you in the WRAG, but our normal advice is to lodge an appeal using a GL24.
With regard your existing Reconsideration, you can escalate the problem to the Customer Services manager, althoug this may require a cll back by the DWP.
