After submitting an appeal in Nov 2011, i have received a letter from the decision maker to say that he has considered all the evidence and he has revised the decision and placed me in the Wrag Group.
On my ESA85 medical report from august 2011 it says under expected change."i advise that a return to work could be considered within 3 months",so another ESA50 could be arriving soon?
My points have gone from 6 to 15.
I would not have been so well informed about how to appeal or submit my evidence without the B&W Guides,so a big thank you to B&W and all the Moderators.
As the Decision Maker has overridden the recomendation from the ATOS "doctor" it is possible that the three month prognosis will no longer apply, hopefully this is the case.
