Continuation of payment of ESA (CB) after a year

Just to reiterate Gordon,

There is no 365 day limit whilst you are, and remain in The SG, whether it be IR or CB ESA.

There is no 365 day limit if any part of your ESA is Income Related, in either group, even if it is only one penny.
