onlyadog wrote: Hi again, i'm trying to compile a stack of medical reports to send off yet again (less than 12 months after i sent the first time) and as mentioned earlier the original ESA85's Prognosis was unlikely return for at least two years ans also states the medical evidence indicates unlikely to return to work in the longer term. My question is does anyone feel it would help any if i included this ESA85 with my other reports only it did't appear to make any difference the first time the DM read it ( that's if they actually bothered) as i had to appeal for the support group which i was successful. I understand you can't tell people what to write or include just wondering what peoples feelings were ?
many thanks as always.
Hi oad,
As Gordon has already advised, the prognosis is only a recommendation.
However, it would certainly do no harm to include a copy of the ESA85, highlighting and drawing reference to any content that may help your cause.

Again would like some advice on the following please folks, i have completed and sent back my ESA50 via Royal mail Special Delivery however the Mails own website says it still needs to be collected? i have contacted them the Royal mail as they say there is a problem with the postage fee paid so they have to ask Atos if the will accept the fee before releasing to them ( it was posted several days ago special next day before 1pm ) I have now confirmed my postage was correct using my receipt to which they agree but still insist they have to contact Atos first and cannot release them back to me. I have now spoken to Atos who say they received them? but they will not give me any proof that they have indeed got them, no ref number , contact name and insist they cannot make any notes on file to confirm conversation.
So i have a deadline of tomorrow, the Royal Mail insist they have my doc's and so do Atos but won't provided me with any proof, bloody nightmare . Atos have in the past denied receiving my doc's and only changed their story when i said i had a copy of a signature for the person who signed for them the day before so i am a little reluctant to take their word for anything.
Any advice anyone?
Cheers as always.

Hi oad,
You could e-mail ATOS at :

to document the sequence of events thus far, therefore creating a paper trail.
You may even gain a written response confirming that they have in fact received it by the deadline date.
