Hi m,
As you have posted the G.P. letter to The DWP, it should be taken into account if the late appeal is allowed.
As previously stated, the DWP have been pretty lenient thus far in allowing late ESA appeals.

Sent my Doctors supporting letter to DWP in Preston they said when they receive it they would forward it to Burnley who then forward it to Bridgend who look at my appeal again none of them have my doctors report and I sent it Recorded Delivery I have rang them again today Bridgend don't give their number out so they rang me ,It isn't registered on their system as being received .I have decided to send everything I have sent in originally to them again because who knows if there are other things missing. I hope they don't make a decision in the meantime The letter was posted on 4th August
I have read on the forum many times how important letters go missing when they get to appeal or tribunals so trying to cover all options what do you think .

I would have expected you documents to have made it to Bridgend by now, despite the DWP's internal mail system, so sending them directly seems a reasonable precaution.

I have sent all the relevant letters for my appeal to Bridgend today I have read on the site that they can take you off ESA altogether at an appeal can they also award you a higher benefit on the information they have on me such as DLA
