Awarded HRM & LRC, no medical or visit. was created by alfwithair58
I would just like to thank the forum and all its members for the fantastic guides and advice available to its members.
My wife has just been awarded HRM & LRC. No medical and no visits from ATOS.
Cannot believe it. This will make a huge difference to our lives and we couldn't have done it without this site.
Thanks you all so much

The award is till 2014.
I have one question though.
The wife was getting LRC from a previous award that expired 04/08/2011
This new award runs from 05/08/2011 for both elements till 2014, but the renewal form was receive by DWP on 13/06/2011.
Should the new mobility element have been back dated?

Hi Alf
Are you asking should the award should be backdated to the date the DWP received the form?
