ESA APPEAL

I was diagnosed with MS back in 1987, had a few months of work, got back to work for a few more years and then after a number of bad relapses I had to give up my work - claimed Incapacity Benefit and DLA (High Rate Care + High Rate Mobility). I have never had any problems with claiming these benefits but then I have specific and obvious problems. Over the last 10 years or so I have been trying to help a lady who has severe Learning Disabilities - ATOS medical declared her fit for work. She was intouch with the CAB on another matter and they suggested they would prepare a submission for the appeal process that I had began. At the appeal she was given 24 points and the Judge could not beleive the original decision. She was told that not only is she not capable of any work but that to do so would endanger her and other. Well Done B&W, Well Done CAB, Not Fit For Purpose - ATOS medicals. CAB are now bringing this and similar matters up with our MP.
