ESA Support Group success for a 2nd time was created by mayflower
A much overdue post of thanks to B&W for the outcome of my reassessment for ESA late last year. Using the guides & advice from the moderators throughout, I was placed in the WRAG after attending the WCA when I first applied for ESA in 2010; a reassessment in 2011 placed me in the SG after another WCA which was stopped after 5 minutes by the doctor; another reassessment in 2013, this time without having to attend the WAC placed me in the SG again. DWP confirmed in writing I will not be callled for another ressessment before 3 yrs!! - Yippee!!
The membership fee for B&W has to be the best long term investment I have ever made. Without its expert guides & moderators I would not have had the success I have had with applications for ESA since 2010 onwards nor with my application for DLA in 2011 - HRM & HRC for 4 yrs. Anyone who is unsure about the value of being a member - do take the plunge.
Also, I would like to make a positive post about the the excellent service I received from two members of staff with Atos' customer services regarding my reassessment for ESA last year. I had posted the ESA form & additional information in good time giving dates when I could not attend a WCA. Time passed & having not heard from Atos I emailed customer service to check if my papers had been sent to the appointments section. A prompt reply on the same day confirmed they had not & had to be 'somewhere in the system'. I gratefully accepted the offer to email my papers to her & she would forward them to the appointments section. Emails were answered promptly either the same day or the next & could not have received better service.
Long may B&W continue its brilliant work.

That is great news! Thanks for letting us know and for your kind words about B+W
It is nice to know that, somewhere in the system, there are people who are prepared to go the extra mile on behalf of the claimant.
