Many Thanks to all on the forum, Now been awarded Standard rate care AND standard rate Mobility , as I now get lower rate mobility (backdated 3 years due to an error on THEIR PART. plus mobilty part back dated I know I do not and not qualify for a car( 10 point on mobility ) BUT do i qualify for 50% reduction in road tax ??..haveing paid road tax at january this year , how/can I claim roadtax back ..I think I am eligible but not sure, any help most gratefully recieved
