When considering your pip claim do the dwp link it with your previous dla claim or do we have to send all of our previous medical evidence again.

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
PIP has significantly different criteria from DLA, so you cannot assume the evidence that you may have used for a DLA claim will be applicable.
When you make your claim you should be asked whether you want the DWP to review your existing DLA evidence, if it is still available.
We recommend, even if you agree to the DWP using what they already have, that you include any relevant evidence that you have with your PIP2 claim form, so that you integrate the content into your answers on the form.
