Hi wing
I would contact HMCTS on 0300 123 1142 and ask what is happening, inform them that you were told you would hear within 6 - 7 weeks but it has now been over 14 weeks. You will need your NI number or case number when you phone.

Latest update for my Appeal.
I received an email from the Tribunal service to say that the Appeal was waiting to be listed and I would receive a letter when it would be heard.
Today, I found in my email junk box, an email from the Tribunal service asking me to update the address for my rep (I don't have one!) in order for them to send any hearing details and to update their records.
I replied saying to send anything to me and confirming my address which is the same.
Thank goodness, I checked through my junk box which I usually clear out every few weeks.
Anyway, it looks hopeful that they may be giving me a date soon!
Let you all know.

Hi Wing,
Just to let you know that it often does take along time for hearing , so a long wait isn't unusual! (Even though a long wait is always very frustrating!)
Make sure you go through all the papers very carefully over a couple of days before the hearing. If your condition is much the same now as now as the decision date no problems, but otherwise remember that the tribunal will want to hear about your disabilities at the time of the decision for a renewal, and potentially 3 mths before the claim and 9 mths after if a new claim.
Good luck!

HI Everyone
On Saturday. 15th May 2021, I received a letter from the Tribunal for my telephone hearing on the 19th May 2021 at 3.30pm. The letter was dated 24th April 2021. It has taken 3 weeks to arrive and it states I have to reply to them within 10 days before the hearing.
I will telephone them tomorrow as they haven't given me enough time and ask for another date.
Hopefully, they can inform me online by email in case the letter is held up again or I could ring them every week.
What do you think?

Hi wing
If you pospone your hearing you may have to wait sometime for a new hearing to be listed.
