Pip review form was created by gillyf
Just received my daughter's Pip review in paper format and wondered if I can get it online instead. I've tried phoning DWP at quiet times but no luck getting through atm. I have MS so am finding it difficult to write in the boxes.
Also, do I say nothing has changed and leave it at that or put no change and rewrite all her difficulties?
Thanks for reading.

Hi gillyf, I'm not a mod but I believe it is not available on line, not generally anyway. However there is no reason for you to worry about writing in the boxes. You can type all the answers, just be sure that each sheet has her name and NI No at the top and is very very clear which question it is answering. Then you can attach with string or a treasury tag to the form. Remember that some contract person will be getting it apart to feed through an auto-feed scanner. So not having any print too too close to the edges is wise.
The guides on here will explain the best approach to the answers. Overkill on info is safer imho than underkill.
Above all keep a copy and post using the best service you can afford, then keep the tracking arrival record safe. It's usually recommended to also phone a day or two later to confirm they acknowledge they have got it.
And if she has to have a phone /video or face-to face assessment, please do not accept without insisting very firmly on them recording it. Also make your own recording if you possibly can, and without mentioning it which is quite legal, as several members have wished they had done after the official one strangely 'got wiped' or went missing.
Best wishes,
Denby

You are quite correct Denby, it is not one line.
I think you should ask Steve to become a Mod as your posts are very encouraging and contain sensible advice

Gary that's incredibly kind, but I would worry that if my husband's health dips or when our daughter's review hits us I'd let people down by suddenly disappearing for a while. Glad to carry on as I am and many many thanks for the encouragement.

Hi there Denby,
I see that Gary has asked the question of you that I have been itching to ask myself! You are clearly a very informed, knowledgeable and compassionate person.
However, the last thing I would wish for is you to feel in anyway pressured or obliged, as I can totally understand your reservations when it comes to family responsibilities. I think it's wonderful that you post in the way that works for you and your family. That in itself is amazing.
If my post is permitted, then I am going to seize this opportunity to THANK you though, for your posts of encouragement and compassion. There are fantastic mods on this site (thank God) but I am always so grateful for any member who shares their experience - and knowledge.
I guess, in an ideal world, this site should not be needed. But while we live in our current political climate, I'm glad we can support each other.
Best,
Susie

Hi Susie
I share your thoughts.
We do try and encourage post from forum members to share their experience.
we live in silos especially at this moment with Covid, if a member can share their experience good or bad then it gives hope to fellow forum members, as they say knowledge is power, if we can help share the knowledge then we can empower members to stand up for their rights which was one of the reasons I became a Mod on this forum.
I learn from forum members about their experiences and difficulties, I can then pass on that knowledge, we also do have some excellent guides which I use everyday. As I like to say, everyday is a learning day
