Like you I am puzzled as to why the assessor ran such a skewed interview. I am glad you had it recorded but let’s hope you don’t need to use that.
Perhaps other forum members might have had a similar experience and could share their thoughts.

As to the backdate I would have thought it should backdate to the date of the UC claim but I am not sure.

Have you recently moved from ESA to UC? Is that why you needed the WCA assessment?

If you could let me know then I will check with the other moderators if they know definitely about the backdate situation.
