Hi, I was recently unsupported by my employer to work from home during a mental health episode. I let them know this was with my doctors backing and he would supply a fit note if needed. They made me go out and meet new clients nevertheless. I then went off fully sick as was unable to do this, it was making me worse. I then handed in my notice. My kast day is 2nd March I will get last payslip 28yh March and p45. When do I need to tell esa and what will happen to my claim please. Old style esa for 20 yrs.
