Appeal

I have a upcoming appeal. I have suffered in silence for long enough. I am now desperate. My appeal has been adjourned twice now, on the last occasion the judge saying it is a complicated case.
I am disputing activities, I have suffered with depression, chronic anxiety, chronic knee pain. I have given up on three other pip claims and I refuse to give up with this one.ni was scored 0 throughout my appeal. Much of my appeal revolves around panic attacks, anxiety, motivation and fatigue. Does anybody have an idiot's guide how to format? I struggle even to process thoughts, paperwork gets on top of me?
