PIP Report recieved within 3 days was created by Shaisum
Report says at the end for both mobility and daily living, functional restrictions have been present for 3 months and likely to remain for at least 9 months. Does that mean the decision maker is likely to make an award? The rest of report is pretty dismissive of my mental health for anything else

Hi Shaisum

Glad to hear you received your report so quickly. The decision-maker normally follows what the assessor has said. If you think the report is dismissive of your mental health and therefore you are not likely to be awarded points you were expecting you have a small window of time to write to the Decision-Maker and challenge what has been written before you receive your decision letter. Write to the DWP at the address on your most recent letter and address it to the Decision-Maker. Normally you can see on the assessor's report what award you might expect. The assessor has confirmed in that statement that you have an ongoing condition - I can't say what this means in terms of a possible award.
