I am currently on standard pip daily living and mobility , I sent in review form in feb this year and had phone assessment this month july i got a copy of assessment report and it gave me more points on mobility ,will it be backdated to when the review form went in ? or when dwp make decision ?

Hi antony

It will depend on a number of factors

If you requested a change of circumstances, then your decision should be backdated to that date.

If you were sent a review form, then the claim will be from then date of the new decision.
