PIP MR was created by oceanwaveseagull

The PIP test question numbers and letters are slightly different from those on the PIP form, filled in December 2021. I want to list the points I don't agree with on the assessors report that I received after the assessment, but not sure which numbers to list. Is it the PIP descriptors that are listed in the PIP test, would they be correct to put down in the MR.

I would follow the assessors report numbering, this is what the decision maker looks at when making a decision.
