Hi all,

Just looking for some advise please re UC wca appeal. Mandatory Reconsideration is unchanged so I am going to appeal.
I felt I should have at least scored 15 points for hearing loss Activity 7a and 9 points for activity 8c.

I know that you advice for an oral hearing but part of my problem is severe hearing loss and a telephone appointment would be better (amplified mobile phone with headset plugged in).

Can I request a telephone appeal and explain why?

Hi Tina

When you complete an online appeal towards the end it will ask you if you want to attend the hearing or a paper hearing, click on attend the hearing and then it will give you 3 options;

1) Telephone hearing
2) Video hearing
3) Attend hearing in person, Face to Face hearing

The choice is yours, make sure you complete a submission before you go online to start your appeal and have any supporting documents ready to up load, some file formats are not accepted, so you may have to send a hard copy in to the tribunal, you will be emailed the address to send in further evidence.
