Confused

Hi and thanks for all of your replies..

I phoned the DWP and it was something unrelated.
The DWP were really nice, and said it was because the pip and esa are linked, and the esa was stopped because of that.
Big relief it was not more fraud.
I did report it to the police, the energy firm are saying they can't find the phone recording, even though I have my phone bill to show it
